The BC-CfE's International Program engages in a number of research and capacity building activities outside of Canada, with a particular focus on low- and middle-income countries with significant HIV epidemics.
These partnerships are undertaken with the principal of trying to build operational research capacity in low- and middle-income countries to evaluate and improve program delivery.
