Luke Swenson works as a Research Assistant for the Laboratory Program. He studies the use of ultra-deep pyrosequencing, the novel sequencing methodology in HIV research and treatment, especially in its application to HIV coreceptor-usage, antiretroviral drug resistance, and HLA-driven evolution.
